Most residents of Little Falls say its the wind, but thats just to make strangers feel safe. The truth is that howling bellow isnt natural at all. Its the ghost that has haunted this town since 1919 when a local man was murdered by an angry mob for pilfering food for his starving family during the Great Famine.
