adidas Ligra 7 Women's Indoor Court Shoes

Air Mesh Upper

In addition, synthetic overlays wrap around the upper throughout the forefoot area to enhance structural integrity. The overlays work with the lacing system to provide a better and more snug fit, preventing any slipping from occurring during activity.
EVA MidsoleAn EVA midsole compound is used in the midsole as it provides amazing cushioning and rebound properties. The EVA absorbs the shock and impact forces during the heel strike phase of the gait cycle and harnesses the energy created. From there the harnessed energy is transferred to the forefoot area of the shoes and is then used to propel you to the next step.
Adiwear OutsoleThe outsole of the Ligra 7 is constructed from a blown Adiwear Rubber. Adiwear has the main role in preventing wear and tear and is a unique compound added in high-wear areas of the outsole where players need it the most allowing you to play for longer. The outsole provides excellent grip on indoor surfaces, making this shoe a must-have, especially when new to the volleyball game. The outsole is also non-marking making it perfect for all indoor use as some venues don't allow players to wear standard outsole court shoes.
