Restringing due to natural wear and tear is not covered by our warranty and will incur a fee. CARING FOR SILVER & GOLD JEWELLERY Regular maintenance with a silver polishing cloth will help prevent tarnish build-up. Lightly polish your jewellery after each wear to remove tarnish, smudges, and dirt. For heavy tarnish, professional cleaning may be carried out by a professional jeweller. White gold jewellery is plated with rhodium for a bright, shiny finish. Over time, rhodium plating may wear off and require re-plating to maintain its appearance. This re-plating service is not covered by the Atlas Pearls warranty. To ensure the longevity of plated jewellery, clean it gently with a chemical-free soft microfibre cloth and avoid contact with chemicals such as hairspray, cosmetics and hand sanitiser.
