Softly diffuse colour upward with gentle strokes. For contouring: blend a deeper shade into the crease of lid from outer corner, sweeping to inner corner. For highlighting: softly blend a light shade over brow bone and pat on centre of lid above the iris to help make eyes look bigger and brighter.
