This solid round signet ring features a distinctively engraved scarab beetle, symbolising rebirth and protection. Representing the scarab beetle's sun is a Madagascan blue sapphire, symbolising wisdom and nobility. The scarab beetle has a rich history in ancient Egyptian culture, where it was revered as a symbol of regeneration and transformation. Scarabs were often used as amulets and seals, representing the sun god Ra's daily journey across the sky.
