Gently massage in with your fingertips and leave on for 10 minutes before shampooing out with Eucaderm Therapy Shampoo No. 3. Or, if using as part of the whole treatment, apply Eucaderm Therapy Scalp Cleansing Balm No. 3 immediately after applying the lotion.
