Handmade in London’s Hatton Garden by our small team of experienced and artisan craftsmen. With matching earrings available in two styles, studs or hoops, Le-Curve pieces are the heirlooms of the future… Hop aboard and get ahead of the curve!! Your Le-Curve jewellery is at its safest when you are wearing it! Unlike rings and bracelets, necklaces and earrings don’t suffer as much from wear and tear when worn. Your jewellery is more at risk when it is in your jewellery box or when you are travelling. The best practice is to lay your jewellery down, enamel and stone side up, on your dressing table at night. It is not advisable to wear your jewellery in bed or in the shower and best to put your jewellery on in the morning after you have applied perfume or other lotions and potions to your skin, including hairspray and sun cream which could also damage or dull your jewellery. Sea water and chlorine won’t do your jewellery any favours either so, ideally, best to remove it before swimming. Enamel and polished gold are most at risk of being scratched by other jewellery, especially diamonds, so please ensure that, when stored in your jewellery box or packed tightly in a suitcase, nothing can rub against the enamelled or polished surfaces, not even the necklace’s own chain. With hoop and charm earrings it is best to remove the detachable charms from the hoops before packing. Wiping your jewellery with a soft dry cloth should be sufficient to keep the items clean but if, for instance, the chain begins to get a little clogged up with the natural oils from your skin, soak the piece in warm water for a few minutes then gently rub the links with a soft toothbrush and dry thoroughly afterwards with a soft cloth.
