The Stray Rats x New Balance 991 Made in England 'Black Purple' is a reunion of sorts for the two brands, both hailing from the American East Coast. The 991 is a retro runner, made in New Balance's renowned Flimby factory, and features a black pigskin suede upper with grey nubuck overlays.
