OMM Sonic Gilet
Building on the long-standing popularity of the Sonic range, this latest edition offers essential protection from cooling breezes on the torso whilst allowing full freedom of movement in the arms as you work hard.
The Sonic Gilet from OMM is ultralightweight thanks to the PointZero fabric used this offers unrivalled windproofing in a tiny pack size weight of only 42g. The fabric has been coated with a DWR (Durable Water Resistant) coating to provide weather protection in light showers. Providing a comfortable fit the gilet uses offset shoulder seams, that prevent chafing and discomfort if used with a pack, this is teamed with elasticated arm openings to provide a close fit and reduced movement. A drop-tail hem with pre-tensioned elastic provides increased coverage whilst also helping to provide a closer fit stopping windchill from occurring. The gilet uses a YKK half-length zip to provide easy on/off whilst helping with ventilation. When zipped down this increases airflow and when up traps heat keeping you at the perfect temperature. In the collar of the gilet is a stuff pocket, the tiny pack size and low weight means you can carry it on any adventure, taking up little room in your pack. Completing the Sonic Gilet is a reflective logo and detailing that provides visibility in low-light conditions.
