Hand-knotted using methods passed down for generations, these rugs will maintain their beauty for years, if not decades. Rug Pad recommended (sold separately) Shedding of loose fibers is normal with new rugs. Shedding will diminish with regular vacuuming, typically within three to six months. Ships tightly rolled in a protective bag. Any slight creasing will disappear within a few days. Handmade rugs have a consistency and a shine which may affect the rug's color. The colors of a rug will appear either several shades lighter or darker depending on where the viewer is standing in relation to the rug.
