Description
If you fern-ish your home with this British Imported Fern Polyester Microvelvet, you won't be disappointed! An exceptionally soft, very short, vibrant grass green pile covers the face of this home decor velvet, providing a fuzzy, velvety texture without being notably plush—the reverse features a loose plainly woven white backing for extra durability. Stretch-free with a full drape, craft voluminous draperies—bold but not overbearing—or cover chairs, couches, ottomans, and other articles of furniture fit for a king! Be aware of the nap of the velvet when cutting, as light hitting the pile at different angles can make the color appear different. Opaque, a lining isn't necessary for most projects but may be desired in drapery applications to protect the fibers from heavy sun exposure. Note: This fabric, in particular, can be machine washed up to temperatures of 30 degrees Celsius and can be ironed on a low heat setting. Do not bleach or tumble dry this material. This fabric can be dry cleaned with any solvent except tetrachlorethylene.
