Flip the applicator and repeat on lower lash line. Use the flat side of the applicator and apply the serum through the eyebrow from head to tail. For best results, use 2x per day for two weeks, then 1x per day for 2-4 weeks, then every other day for continued maintenance. LAYER Conditioning Treatment: Using the short bristle side, gently wiggle applicator back and forth, starting at the base of the upper lash line and moving outward toward the tips. Flip to the long bristle side of the applicator and comb through lashes. Holding from below, turn applicator to a vertical position. Gently wiggle the tip along the lower lash line from the outer corner to the inner corner. Use the long bristle side of the applicator and comb through the brows.
