Saucony Echelon 9 Women's Running Shoes
A pure comfort shoe. The Echelon 9 is relentless with max cushioning and a lighter feel to take on your next big run.
Seamless Mesh Upper
Supplying your feet with an incredibly comfortable sensation when running, the Echelon 9 Running Shoes utilise a seamless upper construction. The seamless design ensures that irritation and chafing are prevented, whilst a secure fit is ensured, providing the ultimate level of comfort and containment inside the shoes. This design utilises a high thread-count marled mesh construction to ensure that your feet have a constant supply of airflow, in order to keep feet feeling fresh and comfortable. This combination of materials keeps your feet securely locked in when wearing the shoes, and a cushioned collar and tongue further protect your feet from knocks and bumps, or chafing and irritation, ensuring distraction-free, confident strides. Finally, the shoes have a traditional lace-up system, to keep feet locked in and securely in place.
PWRRUN MidsoleUsing the innovative PWRRUN midsole through the construction of the Echelon 9s, the shoes have a midsole that will provide you with the next generation of cushioning. PWRRUN provides lightweight and springy cushioning to keep your feet comfortable at all times with just the right amount of softness, yet are still responsive enough to tackle as many miles as you wish. This thicker midsole compound is accompanied by a straight-lasted design, which further provides more volume for a roomy fit from heel to toe. Alongside this, the shoes have a thick PU sockliner which provides extra comfort but can also be removed in order to accommodate orthotics.
Durable Rubber OutsoleTo ensure you have great traction and grip on varying surfaces, the Echelon 9 Running Shoes have a durable rubber outsole. The rubber is able to form a solid, strong connection with the ground that provides a firm base for you to push off from, making your gait cycle more efficient. The multi-directional grooves are placed strategically to improve the flexibility and durability of the sole, and will also improve efficiency in takeoffs, landings and changes of direction.
