Description
The Mary is a classic destined to be a staple in every wardrobe while staying wonderfully feminine. These shoes are hand cut and hand dyed in a small atelier in Barcelona. Variations are usual and we believe add to the uniqueness of a handmade shoe. This style features a 2cm heel and a removeable insert. The foam layer can be removed/replaced for a wider fitting shoe (we suggest to glue down the leather layer if removing the foam). The sole is veg tan with a full layer of eco crepe rubber. Our method of shoemaking has a double layer stitched back seam to provide heel structure without gripping the ankle. The shoe is made with our own olive leaf tanned cow leather from the Northern Spain for maximum softness, breathability, and with no plastic stiffeners. 95% vegetable tanned leather 5% eco crepe rubber The best care for natural leather is to keep the leather supple by using a neutral conditioner. Always test a small area first. Store away from heat or direct sunshine to avoid discoloration.
