Comes fully assembled. 37 1/2" high, 27 3/4" wide, and 32" deep x weighs 35.5 lbs. Seat is 20" wide and 21" deep; seat is 8 3/4" high from floor at its lowest point and 14" high from floor at its highest point. Arms are 22" high from the floor and 24 1/2" long.
