Synthetic Leather Upper
The Teva Forebay is equipped with a closed-toe upper made of synthetic leather for durability. The sandals contain open panels at the side to increase the amount of air to regulate temperature. It is also designed to dry quickly after being exposed to water. The hook-and-loop closure system uses a series of fabric eyelets and a Velcro strap for a locked-in fit. The sandals features a closed-toe construction which offers full protection from rocks and undulating surfaces. Lastly, a pull tab is found at the back of the collar which assists in with an easy on and off.
EVA MidsoleThe midsole of the Forebay is constructed using a lightweight EVA foam and is paired with Teva's Shoc Pad technology in the heel section. These technologies work together to cushion the user's every stride while absorbing shock from various ground conditions. The midsole is also coated with a Microban treatment to reduce odor-causing microbes to keep the sandals remaining fresher for longer.
Rubber OutsoleThe Forebay sandals for outdoor enthusiasts is equipped with a sturdy rubber outsole to provide you with optimal support and traction on a number of different surfaces. The outsole uses an aggressive pattern of quadrilateral lugs to produce grip on virtually all types of terrain. The forefoot area sports several ridges for added control when ascending. A heel brake is integrated into this component for extra stopping power.
