Alpaca fleece is warmer than Merino Wool and is the most eco-friendly natural fibre, softer than cashmere and is antimicrobial. It is highly sustainable as one alpaca's fur/wool can make up to 5 jumpers, much more than one cashmere or sheep's wool.
